Shipping and Handling

General - With few exceptions, most of the hats listed in this web-site are in-stock and ready for delivery. We work hard to ship your hat as quickly as possible by the most cost efficient and expedited methods available. We constantly re-evaluate our own procedures and review our shipping service providers with our customer’s needs in mind.

Shipping Within The United States - Our customers located in the United States will receive their hats via the United States Postal Service. Available options include Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery) and Express Mail (1-2 day delivery). Delivery tracking is standard on all domestic shipments.

Shipping Outside The United States - Our customers located outside the United States will receive their hats via their local postal service. Available options include USPS First Class Mail International (5-10 business day delivery – NO DELIVERY TRACKING AVAILABLE) and Express Mail (2-5 business day delivery). Please note that delivery times can vary GREATLY on international shipments, based on the time that it takes to clear customs in the destination country. We strongly recommend that our customers allow extra time for delivery above published guidelines.

PREMIUM RUSSIAN HATS - SHIPPING INFORMATION - Our premium Russian Hats really are hand-made and shipped from our office in Russia. In most cases, your fur hat will ship in approximately one week of placing your order.

Shipping options for our PREMIUM RUSSIAN HATS are “Economy” or “Expedited”. Economy shipping ($19 USD) is through the postal service and generally takes about 1 week for delivery (2 weeks total from the time you place your order). Please note that delivery time can vary GREATLY during the holiday season using the postal service. Expedited shipping ($100 USD) is by UPS and also generally takes about 1 week for delivery (2 weeks total from the time you place your order). The difference is that UPS is quicker and much more reliable during the holiday season. Your hat will arrive under either delivery method, but if you need it by a certain time for a gift, please order early and avoid the really high shipping fees.
