BigFurHats.com offers the following Returns Policy:
We are proud of the quality and beauty of our fur hats. We use only top quality fur and demand absolute perfection from our master craftsmen. We personally inspect every fur hat before shipment. The bottom line is "WE GET IT RIGHT BEFORE WE SHIP". It is extremely rare for a customer to return a fur hat for any reason! Our fur hats are the best and we guarantee it!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your money or exchange your fur hat for a new one. To avoid the need to exchange your hat due to size, please check your measurements carefully against our sizing charts before ordering. It can take as long as 4 weeks to exchange your fur hat.
We require that the following conditions be met before we authorize a return:
1. Once you have received your order, please inspect it carefully. In the event of a problem, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your fur hat. If it has been more than 48 hours when you request a return, we will deny your request.
2. Upon approving your return request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept a return that has not been issued a Return Authorization Number.
3. Your fur hat must be returned to our company headquarters in its original packing within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.
4. Items must be returned in its original condition, never worn or otherwise soiled.
5. Your refund or exchange will be issued upon our inspection of the returned item. If the item is not in its original condition or we find no defect or other reason for the return, we will not issue your refund or exchange.
6. Shipping charges are not refundable.
